IT checked and said didn't find my name but has a different name Browning for my room. Was told 'hold on' and then transferred to IT. It asked me to pay $12.99 for a day on day 2 so I called front desk. I was told wifi is complimentary when checked in. Answer is 'we don't provide coffee maker'. The room is so disappointing for the price.
